Australian Native Reishi (Ganoderma) 25g
25 g fresh makes 1 L of fresh tea, enough for about 1 week of consumption. At the start drink 1 cup of tea per day, then adjust as needed. To make the tea slice mushrooms in small pieces and let them soak for a few hours in 1.3 L of water in the fridge. Bring the mixture to light boil for an hour or so, strain, the tea is ready. Flavor as you like, and feel free to add your favourite medicinal herbs such as ginger, tumeric, peppermint, lemon juice etc. The tea can be frozen. You can make a second batch of tea with the left over mushroom bits.
